Learning to relax

As important as understanding the terms we are trying in this blog is to know in order to relax communicate with our subconscious, our inner self, when we achieve a better relationship with him, everything starts to make more sense, we begin to see that life is more friendly to us.


Everyone has a place, a corner where we are especially well, where we feel safe from all. Let us use this site everyday to look for a daily time where nobody and nothing can disturb and disrupt us, in principle with ten minutes of dedication will do.
We should wear comfortable clothes, have no physiological needs, IE before we go down the sink and turn off the hunger or thirst that we can feel, once these precautions, we sat in a comfortable position, your back as straight as possible, the looking straight ahead or slightly upward. It is best to use a position like the picture above, but we can also perform normally sitting in a chair or couch,some people prefer to perform these exercises lying down, but if we have something of a dream is very possible that we hopelessly asleep .



    Now we are ready, the first thing to do is fix our gaze on a spot ahead of us and a little up, we now proceed to take deep breaths,fill your lungs feel full slowly, do a little pause of a second to go likewise expel the inspired air slowly, repeat this breathing slow and calm for 10 times, concentrating all our attention to feel the flow of air traverse our airways. Now we can close your eyes, continue to use slow, calm breathing, but now not so deep so as not to hyperventilate, and we will try to keep our focus on the ebb and flow of air through our lungs. Observe how, especially the first few times, begin to stand thoughts, memories, images ... thousands of things that pass through our minds and want to capture our attention so that you focus on them. Do not fight against trying to erase, watch them when they appear only as a spectator watching a movie, do not identify with these thoughts, good or bad, feel love for them and try to return your attention back to the breath, this is our goal ,stay focused on your breathing as long as possible of the ten minutes a day that we practice. When the time is fulfilled, just take a deep breath new and now feel very good about yourself by what you've achieved and continue with your life.

    Despite having named a relaxation exercise, this is a very simple meditation exercise and used in the world, but at the moment and until we get some progress, and note that your session has hardly stopped the thoughts, then we say you're meditating. Like everything we do in this material life, mental relaxation and meditation requires daily practice (willpower) to note a major beneficial results every day, if we make it a habit to see the ease with which we practice and the speed with which we enter into a state of deep relaxation.
