Meditation

Meditation is also an exercise for our happiness, extremely important to stay in the now and for our health, is so valuable that the title of this post should be its own name.


Meditation is a simple practice in terms of performance, because its main feature is to let go, only to be and be fully conscious, seen and sounds really easy, but as much as we want to do with real quality, it requires will and faith what we do, yes, I assure you that when you begin to enjoy its benefits as converted, commonplace and indispensable in your life.
Since I started practicing meditation and other exercises and practices discussed in this blog, I can say that my life is changing for the better, very positive, I feel much more energized, more efficient, quiet, happy, each passing day I feel my inner peace and all my love towards grows, the material life begins to have another meaning, less heavy, less imprisoning my mind now is a real support tool rather than a constant martyrdom. I guess if you're reading this is because you want all these benefits in your life and they should be enjoyed by all mankind, but this is clear enough to be changed the way of educating people from a very young, not only teaching to develop classical subjects to get around in the material life, but also cultivating the inner self, spirituality, which opens up a host of interior doors, spreading ourselves that feeling so essential to humans, love, blowing those limits that our mind seems to have and let us enjoy only a fraction of our potential.



    After reading many books, articles and blogs about meditation and after doing some of the methods learned from them, I prefer and practice currently known as the "third eye meditation" written by Samuel Sagan on the web, specializing in the subject, Clairvision. This link will download the pdf file of the complete method of meditation and awakening the third eye. If you go to Chapter 3 it shows what the third eye, as a "wake" and meditate on it, with methods perfectly explained to all audiences. Chapter 2 should be read before, because it develops the importance of the larynx and how to use this type of meditation, the remaining chapters can be studied as we gain experience in meditation.

   If you really feel you want those changes in your life, if you break down the barriers that are already installed in your mind and want to start enjoying your life from an angle that would never have imagined, no doubt about it, practice it, you'll see that its implementation is simple and the outcome is just a matter of practice, be constantly and gradually you will marvel you with the world that exists within you and that you can connect with these practices, as they inevitably will see your love for all and more specifically to you grow every day.
