Other methods of meditation

This time we will talk about space and silence, we will learn to use them as tools to help us stay connected with our inner body, with the love that offers us the universe.

There are other ways to meditate that we can use anytime, anywhere, in ways that can help us very much to stay in the present moment and go much faster in communication with our third eye when we practice meditation we discussed in the previous post.
This post is again based on an excerpt from the book "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle, author who has impressed me since I read the first line of some of his works... but for that matter.

As seen in Happiness Exercises: The Now, stay connected with our inner body, be fully in our bodies, it is not possible without being fully present in the Now and psychological time have dissolved so much damage to us. We know that daily meditation is an essential tool that connects us to our immaterial part and in turn with the source of universal wisdom, but we can use two items that can be found anywhere, to access the Now, times and places where we can not meditate, they are "space and silence".

Every sound is born in silence and ends in it, while exists is that sound surrounded by silence, so that silence does sound may exist. In other words, silence is part sound that our senses can not grasp, but without it the sound would not exist. What we must do is give all our attention to silence, even if we hear sounds, we should try to focus on the silence of the sounds are born, do this grows our inner serenity.

Just as occurs with silence, we can say that nothing can exist without the empty space that makes all there. All matter has come from nothing and surrounded by nothing, even the same subject, for the most partis composed of nothing, since the distance between atoms is greater than the material itself that up, we could say there are more portion of non-existence to existence in things. The problem lies in our material mind is not able to understand and assimilate the non-existence, for it all has to exist and persist over time, so paying attention to what really does not exist, it has no choice but to enter pause and that allows us to be fully present in our body and now, more connected to ourselves.

Perhaps at first can be somewhat difficult to pay attention to what is not exist but I assure you that it is possible, in fact the more you go forward in your meditations will be easier to perceive what does not exist to our mind, space and silence. Cause to feel them, wherever you are, a sense of stillness and peace, while you will feel your inner body. This connection to our inner body, with the dimension of what does not exist to our mind opens the door that lets in the universal love, the love that permeates all we need, so we can say that we should not look for love but more well let him into our lives with these practices.
